Sunday Reset

Providing food to 600-1100 households every other week requires a LOT of things like food and volunteers and space. We are fortunate to have great, large spaces from Westview Presbyterian Church we can use for the ROUND PANTRY operation. So, we need to clear church spaces of Pantry equipment and materials at the end of each Pantry week and then re-set for Pantry operations the Sunday prior to each Pantry week. (We do this on Sunday afternoon because a multiple ton delivery of food arrives at 8:00 am each Pantry Monday.)

Food Set-up

Move boxes, bins & crates of food from storage and arrange in categories on tables. Light to medium exertion and lifting required.

Equipment Set-up

Move tables, equipment and material (i.e. boxes, pallets, totes) from Gathering Place to Fellowship Hall. Medium to heavy lifting required.
