Westview Presbyterian Church is the location for the HOPE SafeLot Program, one of the first of its kind in Colorado. Designed to supplement the homelessness services provided by HOPE, SafeLot lays the foundation to dramatically assist an isolated population in need. People who have a barrier to entering traditional homeless shelters can sleep safely in their vehicles without fear of assault or harassment. The opportunity for showers, two meals, client advocate support and a safe place to sleep is already changing lives, and Westview is grateful to have a part in it.
