When you’re facing a challenge, finding spiritual direction, understanding friends and practical support can mean the difference between surviving and thriving. We can help. We are here to encourage you to find and follow God through the transitions, challenges, and sorrows of life. Whether it’s finding a place for an important family event or making a prayer request, Westview wants to help.
God can lead you through a difficult time or crisis through conversation, prayer, and spiritual direction provided by Westview’s pastor and other members of the congregation who offer a compassionate presence in imitation of Jesus' care of people, especially those who were hurting and in need.
Please consider calling Westview to make an appointment to talk to the pastor concerning spiritual guidance, relationships, pre-marital guidance, grief support, and more. Referrals are also provided for more in-depth counseling needs.
Hospital & Home Visits
If you or a loved one is hospitalized or recuperating at home from an illness, your pastor and other members of the congregation are available for visits. We also provide home communion for those unable to attend worship services, with particular emphasis given during Advent and Lent. Please contact the church (303.776.3242) if you are interested.
Prayer request cards may be filled out in the entrance to the sanctuary on Sunday mornings and given to an usher to be included during each Sunday’s prayer time. During the week, prayer requests are received through email or phone and are included on the Prayer List insert in the church bulletin. To request confidential prayers or to talk with the pastor, please contact the church office at 303.776.3242.
